Bhutan Education Ministry Portal

Designed and developed the official web platform for Bhutan’s Ministry of Education & Skills Development, delivering a centralized digital presence for one of the country’s key government institutions.

The project involved transforming a large volume of government information, departments, announcements, notifications, vacancies, training program, tenders, selection results and educational resources into a structured and accessible digital platform.

The website was designed with a scalable content architecture to support multiple departments and a wide range of frequently updated government content. Dedicated sections were implemented for departmental information, news and events, announcements, training and vacancies, selection results, quotations and tenders, services and digital education initiatives.

The platform also provides access to key education services and digital systems including the Education Management Information System (EMIS), MySherig Learning Management System, TVET Management Information System, Content Repository, e-Counselling & Consultation Services and digital assessment tools.

The project was handled end-to-end, covering interface planning, responsive development, WordPress implementation, content structure, custom functionality and deployment, with an emphasis on maintainability, usability and efficient content management for a government organization.
